I'd gone to physio, and must've pushed myself too hard, because after I got home and ate supper in my comfy chair, I went to get up and couldn't. Whole leg locked up. It took me about 10 min to cross about 10-12 ft in the living room, and it wasn't walking out. So I had to call the Rescue Squad to

They did xrays and blood work and manipulation of knee (after really good meds) they put a knee immobilizer on me and sent me home, to see ortho in AM.
