I told Bynw that there is a phoenix statue at a store I frequent that always reminds me of him whenever I stop in that shop.  He asked me to take a photo the next time I was in said shop, and I stopped in today and took the photo.



The light-colored specks in the photo are glittery in real life.  :)

Honestly, if I had the financial means, I'd have just bought the statue and shipped it to you rather than sharing the photo.  ;)

I noticed that too; I'm not sure, but maybe it's part of the face of the phoenix that died as the rising one was born?
