[06:40.18] <Evie> So I inferred from that that there could be consequences from the CC for breaking the rules for a Duel Arcane

They seem to me like NATO- A bunch of more or less powerful entities sitting around a table, allied when convenient, stepping aside when expedient, privately leery of the others...

Chaos tends to attract movements toward order, excessive control in the name of order tends to breed movements that result in chaos. I can't think of a bigger power catalyst than real magic.
