[18:47] <KK> Well, Ive been having a serious back attack since about noon.  Finally had to take an oxy pill to quench it, which I'm really not supposed to do.  I have new muscle relaxant that I thought was doing the job, since Friday, but then I went and bent over for about 5 min. to scoop the cat box, and the back attacked about 5 min. after that. Big mistake.

(I used litter pan liners that you can replace like trash bags.) Granted, they still required bending, but I learned to bend from my knees rather than from my back.
