Hullo all, and thanks for letting me come play.
My writer's group keeps telling me that I need to include more descriptions in my stories. I'm all "waaah, I can't write descriptions! Who can I read to help me figure out how to write descriptions? Oh yeah, doesn't KK write good descriptions?" So off I went to skim through Deryni Rising, then I got sucked into reading the entire thing, followed by DC and HD, just because it had been several years and oh yeah, I'd forgotten how much I loved these books when I was but a wee lass. Then it occurred to me that other people prolly liked them as much as me and they have this new-fangled thing called the internet that might help me find friends, and... well, here I am.
And now I'm sad I didn't find this group 20 years ago...
