The Worlds of Katherine Kurtz

So for those who were in Chat on Sunday and saw me mentioning that my daughter had gone to an SCA event and left our feast gear basket behind, but it wasn't in Lost and Found either, the Mystery of the Missing Feast Gear Basket has been solved.  The basket was mistaken for a royal gift and packed up with the royal kit; His Majesty of Trimaris (the SCA kingdom to which we belong) messaged me on Facebook this evening with a photo of the open basket asking if it were mine, so we are making arrangements to bring the wayward basket and its contents home.

I'm just laughing because I figured it had been picked up by mistake by someone, but I never DREAMED that (probably) a royal retainer packed it up with Their Majesties' things!

All's well that ends well.  :D

So Happy to hear that the feast gear basket has been found. And it has been in the presence of royalty :o LOL. Hope it is returned soon that it can once again be filled with a feast for the next occasion.

I am now imagining your feast basket boring the socks off your other belongings with tales of "when I was at Court!".
