Katherine wanted me to pass on that her ebook version of The Temple and the Crown is on sale for $1.99 today only (this time around, anyway).  The sale is good from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, the Apple store, and Google Play. It might be a US sale only, I don't know.
