Thank you, revanne.  :)
"If having a soul means being able to feel love, loyalty, and gratitude, then animals are better off than a lot of humans."

James Herriot (James Alfred "Alfie" Wight), when a human client asked him if animals have souls.  (I don't remember in which book the story originally appeared.)

Hope you and Kiddo are feeling a bit better. We don't have internet access at our cottage, and mobile (cell phone) signal hereabouts is very hit and miss so can only access the Forum intermittently.

Thank you, revanne!  Gloucester Cathedral, hm?  I will try not to be too envious.   ;) ;D

Pictures Revanne? I would so love to visit England again and see all the things I missed when I was there in my youth. Actually, I was only in London for two days and never got out into the countryside.  I'm dreaming merrily of the chance to see it all.

Sorry Laurna. I 'm not brilliant at pictures. London is fantastic but unique. It's a bit like we've been to Disney world but I wouldn't say I really been to Florida. Gloucester Cathedral is Gothic like Westminster Abbey but on a slightly smaller scale and only one king - Edward II is buried there.  The cloisters are most famous for being used  for some of the shots of Hogwarts in Harry Potter,

I saw pictures on the internet when I looked it up, and they look magnificent.  Wish I could have been there with you to see it and feel the history.

When that Portal gets built, I'll take you up on the offer!  I wonder if one can go straight from Alabama to the UK via a Portal, or if I'd need a series from here to New York, then to Greenland, then Iceland, then Ireland, then England. What sort of range do those things have? :-D
