So the 7 members of the Camberian Council in 1164 were/are the following:
Bishop Denis Arilan (deceased co-adjustor)
Seisyll Arilan, co-adjustor
Owen Reis (deceased, from The Connait)
Etienne Sief Michon de Courcy
Rhirid James MacGregor (from the Connait who visited Seisyll to tell him of the passing of Lord Reis)
Lionella Furstan d'Arjenol Jandrich (married to the ducal heir Nimur)
Anton Trye (Gwynedd)
All members of the Camberian Council are/were Spell Trained at the very least. Most have Ritual Magic (Owen Reis did not, there maybe 1 other). And only Bishop Denis and Seisyll are/were Masters ... 1 or 2 others are close to acquiring that trait.
