[Sunday, December 15, 2013] [07:18:50 PM] <Evie> It's not even the initial pain of the rotator cuff injury that bothers me most, but that inflamation has apparently triggered arthritis from my shoulder down to my finger joints, plus the pain has made my neck muscles seize. So I'm sleeping in fits and starts all night and range from mild pain on a good day to barely able to function on a bad day. Cold & wet days are worst--but it's winter.

I just got done wrapping my right hand because I've got to have surgery early next month (nothing serious) and I'm off my arthritis meds in preparation for the surgery, so my arthritis is flaring and there really isn't much I can do about it, which kinda sucks.
