From the same experimental archaeology/living history team who brought us Tudor Monastery Farm, here is the beginning of a new series on building a 13th Century style castle using period tools and techniques:

The castle they are helping to build is the focus of a 25-year research project being undertaken in Burgundy.  The BBC team is coming in on the project and filming this series in year 17.
