JastaElf's Tribute to Scott MacMillan at his memorial service 9 Mar 2019

Previous Image
Description: This obviously isn't KK herself, but it belongs here more than it belongs in any other Gallery category.

Image Description:  The left two-thirds of the image is a photograph of a church altar with dark-wood wainscoting about two-thirds of the way up the walls.  In the center there are three panels of burgundy pleated fabric, each trimmed in a gold-floral trim down the vertical sides.  In front of the panels of fabric, there is a white altar with a large golden cross in the center and tall white taper candles in golden candlesticks.

A little forward of the altar, there are two altar rails in the same color wood as the wainscoting with an open space between them and dark-red kneeling cushions on the floor in front of them.

Before that, there is a multicolor stone floor with three steps, and on the top step, a small bunch of flowers rests on top of a burgundy box, which is on top of something else covered with a very dark blue mantle with a white Templar cross with a seal in the center bearing a mounted knight in armor carrying a banner.  On the mantle, left to right, there is a military dress uniform hat, two objects I can't identify (one is white metal, the other is green and roughly U-shaped), a sword, a light-tan Balmoral bonnet with two grey feathers attached, and a green and tan metal/lacquered helmet.

The right third of the image on a white background bears the name Sharon Henderson (known here at Rhemuth Castle as JastaElf), and the words "A life well lived, love freely shared.  Scott Roderick MacMillan, a true knight sans peur et sans reproche, a lamb of Christ's own redeeming has reported to Heaven."
