[06:00.29] <Jemler> hi kk
[06:00.32] <Shiral> Hello, KK
[06:00.33] <Evie> I'm only Real Name at work.  Well, at home too, but you know, my family doesn't call me by name as much as by Mom.  :-D
[06:00.34] <Laurna> Hello KK
[06:00.34] <~bynw> hiyas KK
[06:00.50] <Evie> But online, 90% of the time I'm Evie
[06:00.50] <Laurna> LOL Evie
[06:00.57] <Evie> Hi KK
[06:01.05] <Jemler> mom@gmail.com?
[06:01.05] <Shiral> So "Mom" must be at least one of your real names. Or at least a real job title
[06:01.05] <~DesertRose> Hi KK!
[06:01.08] <KK> Hi, all.
[06:01.17] <Laurna> LOL  Jemler
[06:01.18] <Evie> Yeah, my job description
[06:01.37] <Evie> Luke sensed KK come in, and decided it was time to turn me into a cat tree
[06:01.43] <~DesertRose> LOL
[06:01.54] <~DesertRose> Carys is chilling, possibly napping, on the back of my desk chair.
[06:01.59] <Jemler> dogwood?
[06:01.59] <Shiral> It's nap time here at the Casa Picasso
[06:02.07] <Laurna> Good spot for Carys
[06:02.26] <~bynw> i think my girls went back to napping too. they were up just a moment ago eating.
[06:02.31] <~DesertRose> It's one of her favorite spots to be, awake or not.

[06:02.51] <~DesertRose> Hi Bee!
[06:02.54] <Laurna> Hello Bee
[06:03.04] <Jemler> bee? i thought you won the powerball?
[06:03.08] <~bynw> hiyas Bee
[06:03.09] <Evie> KK, Laurna managed to make it here after all, at least for a short bit before her other commitment calls.
[06:03.15] <Shiral> Hi Bee
[06:03.19] <Evie> Hi Bee
[06:03.20] <The_Bee> Hi everyone
[06:03.24] <Jemler> bee? i thought you won the powerball?
[06:03.27] <Laurna> Here!
[06:03.39] <KK> Hi, Laurna.
[06:03.46] <The_Bee> no such luck
[06:03.46] <Laurna> Hello KK
[06:03.52] <Jemler> :(
[06:04.10] <Jemler> how was the eclipse everyone? mine was a bust.
[06:04.16] <~DesertRose> BRB
[06:04.35] <KK> Ours was fine.  85%
[06:04.46] <Laurna> Jemler I enjoyed a shadow through a pinhole of paper.  about 69%
[06:04.56] <Shiral> After all the buildup, it was a bit...undramatic. But I did get two eclipse photos while it was going on.
[06:05.24] <Evie> Mine was amazing. We were in the path of totality, though, which makes a huge difference.
[06:05.25] <The_Bee> I recorded it on tv.  I wish they'd shown the shadow snkes instead of just talking about them.
[06:05.48] <The_Bee> snakes
[06:05.48] <Shiral> My brother was on a car trip through Oregon, so he got to see the Full Monty, so to speak
[06:05.54] <Evie> Even at 95% or above, Birmingham didn't get the full darkness we did in Clarksville
[06:05.57] <Laurna> Wow Evie.  How dark did it really get?
[06:06.43] <Evie> You know just after the sun sets and there is still a little glow on the horizon, but overhead it's dark twilight?  Like that, but with "sunset' all around, and the cicadas singing up a storm because they think it's nightfall.
[06:07.07] <Evie> You could see Venus and a few bright stars
[06:07.19] <Laurna> OH cool,  the Cicadas were singing? neat
[06:07.50] <Evie> And the moon was a dark circle completely covering the sun aside from a wire-thin edge of gold all around it
[06:08.37] <Evie> We could look straight at it without the eclipse glasses for about 2 minutes. (Actually you have to take the glasses off, since it suddenly gets too dark to see anything through them!)
[06:08.53] <Laurna> I watched to Tv report from a place call Car Hinge, and that looked cool.  but that is not the same as being in it.
[06:08.54] <The_Bee> New England may get more in the next eclipse. April 2024
[06:09.13] <Jemler> it'll cross over ne too.
[06:09.37] <Evie> When the sun was crescent shaped, we saw cool crescent-shaped dappled light patterns in the tree leaf shadows
[06:09.45] <Laurna> Jemler You will have to barrow Evie's glasses
[06:09.51] <KK> We saw those too.
[06:10.05] <Shiral> I got a picture of that on the driveway outside my back gate
[06:10.18] <The_Bee> I missed that. :(
[06:10.19] <Evie> I'll probably be using them, Laurna. I hope to see the one in 7 years, if we can find a place to stay along the path
[06:11.05] <Laurna> Maybe in 7 years I will join you
[06:11.24] <Evie> Here in Birmingham, I'm told it didn't get full dark, just sort of overcast looking (though without clouds), although those with eclipse glasses could see the sun getting mostly obscured.
[06:11.31] <Shiral> This past week at work, I WILL say it was a relief not to have to tell people "No I'm sorrry, we ran out of  eclipse glasses two weeks ago.' They stand there and look at you as if they expect you to produce black market eclipse glasses.
[06:11.35] <KK> We couldn't get glasses, but I made a pinhole box viewer.  Same thing you see through a pinhole projecting on the ground.
[06:11.39] <Evie> OK, KK-Con in 7 years. ;-)
[06:12.13] <Laurna> Awsome
[06:12.22] <Evie> Yes, the people next door to the house where we stayed had a pinhole camera set up, and also a telescope with an eclipse lens, so they invited us over to check it out that way also
[06:12.59] <Shiral> That should allow everyone enough lead time to get their vacations and travel arrangements sorted out
[06:13.18] <Evie> DH had been planning for this weekend for 10 years
[06:13.56] <Evie> We're just fortunate our friend who lived in Clarksville still has her house there, although sadly that day was also her first day of orientation at her new job in Birmingham, so she missed seeing the eclipse with us
[06:14.17] <Laurna> Darn that
[06:14.19] <Shiral> That's a man with a 10 year plan, =o)
[06:14.34] <Shiral> Work....it interferes with so much fun!
[06:14.34] <The_Bee> DH is a big eclipse fan?
[06:15.02] <Evie> Well, when there are only a few that happen in your continent in a lifetime, and only one or two likely to have totality anywhere near you, you schedule around it as much as possible if you want to see it
[06:15.40] * Eyikl (Eyikl@OWIRCN-1d2882ab.ma.comcast.net) has joined channel #deryni_destinations
[06:15.45] <Evie> Hi Eyikl
[06:15.53] <The_Bee> hi eyiki
[06:15.56] <Jemler> hi eyikl
[06:16.01] <Laurna> Hello Eyiki
[06:16.08] <Eyikl> Hi everyone
[06:16.37] <KK> Hi, Eyiki.
[06:17.42] <Shiral> Hello Eyikl
[06:18.13] * Jemler starts singing 'The Sounds of Silence'
[06:18.19] <Evie> LOL
[06:18.44] * The_Bee hums along
[06:19.02] <Laurna> KK   Look at this page and see if one of the geneology programs you were using is listed there ++http://progenygenealogy.com/Products/Family-Tree-Charts,,
[06:19.53] <Laurna> If so, then maybe it can help.
[06:20.23] <~bynw> hi Eyikl
[06:22.17] <Evie> I'm trying to remember if there are any green-eyed blondes in KK's Deryni world.  (I just did a new doll face repaint, so that's why I ask.)
[06:23.18] <Laurna> Maybe Zoe or one of Kenneth's sisters
[06:23.30] <Shiral> If there isn't, there should be
[06:23.33] <The_Bee> Speaking of genealogy, there's something I've been wondering.  .In the Haldane chart, the youngest child killed by the Festils was one month old.  But Daniel Draper remembers seeing an unborn child ripped from his mother's womb.  Could a woman who gave birth only a month ago already be pregnant again enough to show?
[06:23.56] * revanne (Mibbit@842092.C19ECF.3A0E88.764C88) has joined channel #deryni_destinations
[06:24.03] <Jemler> hi revanne
[06:24.05] <Evie> I wiped clean the face of my original Araxie (the poor unfortunate sweetheart with the doe in the headlights look because I forgot humans have eyelids when I painted her...LOL!) and gave her a new face:  ++https://www.flickr.com/gp/9573389@N08/YzC8bg,,
[06:24.11] <Laurna> Hello revanne
[06:24.11] <The_Bee> hi revanne
[06:24.23] <revanne> ÌHi
[06:24.24] <KK> OK, Laurna, I just looked at the link you sent, and it looks like most of the programs will read my files.  I used to run Family Tree Maker, which produces FTM files.  What do you recommend?
[06:24.50] <Jemler> i have that one too kk
[06:25.12] <Eyikl> Hi revanne
[06:25.14] <Evie> Yay for retrievable Deryni geneology files!
[06:25.18] <revanne> Just popping into say hi in an insomniac fashion.
[06:25.21] * Evie keeps fingers crossed
[06:25.25] <Evie> Hi, revanne!
[06:25.50] <revanne> Sounds great Laurna.
[06:25.53] <Laurna> The programm listed will take the data and make charts for you.  However you can not change the data.  you would need to go back to a compatible geologies porgarm for that.
[06:26.43] <Laurna> Your dreaming Revanne.  So stay in the dream just a little longer.  lol
[06:26.51] <Shiral> Hi Revanne
[06:26.53] <revanne> Lol
[06:27.01] <revanne> Hi Shiral
[06:27.24] <~bynw> hi revanne
[06:27.34] <KK> Yes, I need a new program that will read my extant files and also allow me to edit them.  (I have my own genealogy files in FTM as well.  But it was always a clunky program.)
[06:27.36] <Shiral> I hope Kelson will still recognize his wife when you're done, Evie.  "Darling! You look so much.....calmer."
[06:28.09] <Laurna> LOL Shiral
[06:28.24] <Evie> LOL!  Well, Araxie has a completely different head these days that didn't require any repainting, since it already had grey eyes and blonde hair
[06:28.46] <KK> Bee, it's by no means certain that the woman who had her womb ripped was one of the royals.  In the excitement of the attack, it could have been any lady of the court.
[06:28.49] <Laurna> I was playing with "roots magic"  but I do not know if it is compatible with FTM.
[06:29.38] <The_Bee> OK. so Daniel just misremembered it as his mother?
[06:30.07] <KK> I expect so.  (That was a long time ago, Bee.)
[06:30.14] <Shiral> A nasty fate for whichever woman it was
[06:30.16] <Evie> If FTM is no longer in production, it could be that a program that will print off charts and allow you to remake them might be your best option, KK.  I doubt you'll find a completely different program that will allow both reading and editing of files that aren't original to that program.
[06:30.32] <~DesertRose> Okay, back.
[06:30.37] <Shiral> Daniel was small, terrified, and didn't have the best view, probably
[06:30.40] <~DesertRose> Hi Eyikl and revanne
[06:30.51] <revanne> Hi DR
[06:30.56] <Evie> Daniel would have been very young at the time, and also traumatized, so it would be easy for his memories to be confused under the circumstances
[06:31.29] <KK> That's what I've always thought, re confusion.
[06:32.18] <Shiral> That much blood, screaming and death would affect older children than he was at the time
[06:32.44] <Evie> And he's human, so has very mutable memories.  (I read about a scientific study that says every time we access a memory, we change it slightly, which is why even eyewitness testimony isn't always reliable even when all witnesses believe they are telling the truth. I've speculated about whether Deryni memories are less mutable, given that they don't seem to have that problem.)
[06:33.03] <KK> I think FTM files also are compatible with GED files, so I don't think there will be a problem.  If not, there'd be an awful lot of people with bad fils--serious genealogists.
[06:33.56] <Laurna> I hope you can make it workable again KK.
[06:36.05] <Evie> Are you going to DragonCon again this year, KK?
[06:36.14] <The_Bee> Laurna, did you  really mean to say "compatible geology program a while back?  It gives "Motherland or Fatherland a whole. new meaning
[06:36.24] <Evie> LOL
[06:36.30] <Evie> Genealogy, Bee
[06:36.49] * revanne (Mibbit@842092.C19ECF.3A0E88.764C88) Quit (Quit: ++http://www.mibbit.com,, ajax IRC Client)
[06:36.56] <Laurna> lol  rented twice over fingers and brain,  Bee
[06:36.57] <The_Bee> That's what I firured.
[06:37.45] <Evie> We could use a geology program to figure out where Gwynedd's various mines are, though.  ;-)
[06:37.46] <The_Bee> figured
[06:38.48] <KK> Yes to Dragoncon, Evie.
[06:39.05] <Evie> Envy.  :-D  Have fun!
[06:39.39] <Eyikl> Or to make mountaintop removal easier, possibily. Working tech support for it would be terrible though.
[06:40.03] <Evie> A friend of mine who has also read your books is going to be there. I said if she happened to see you, to say Hi from Evie.
[06:40.27] <Jemler> eyikl, you need a Disinto. (AL-76 goes astray - Isaac Asimov)
[06:41.56] * Eyikl (Eyikl@OWIRCN-1d2882ab.ma.comcast.net) Quit (Quit: ++http://www.kiwiirc.com/,,; - A hand crafted IRC client)

[06:42.57] <The_Bee> wb eyiki
[06:43.09] <Evie> Any new on Killingford yet, or is life still too busy to settle into writing?
[06:43.15] <Evie> *news
[06:44.33] <KK> No Killingford until after Dragoncon.
[06:45.30] <Evie> Maybe by the time I'm able to do DragonCon again, you'll have enough written for me to hear a sneak preview.  ;-)
[06:45.34] <Laurna> Givingany lectures this year, KK?
[06:46.03] <KK> I'm doing physio for a bum shoulder currently.  Injured it going to Curves 2 months ago, and when it didn't get better after laying off exercise for 6 weeks, went to the doc and got a physio refrral.
[06:46.18] <KK> Just goes to show you that no good deed goes unpunished.
[06:46.27] <Evie> :-(
[06:46.29] <Laurna> ooch
[06:46.32] <Evie> Hopefully it hasn't frozen up
[06:47.03] <KK> I'm on 2 panels, and doing a set of consults for aspiring writers, one on one, for them to ask whater they'd like.  It's a new feature this year.
[06:47.07] * The_Bee sends KK pain-relief wodgies.
[06:47.18] <Evie> Oh, cool!
[06:47.23] <Laurna> Very Nice
[06:47.38] <KK> It's slowly getting better.
[06:48.22] <Eyikl> That's cool. Does Dragoncon have lots of panels for writers, like Worldcon?
[06:48.45] <Evie> Yes, a fair few, as well as lots of panels for non-writers
[06:49.02] <Evie> There is a writing track
[06:49.10] <Evie> Or at least they has been in previous years
[06:49.14] <Evie> *there
[06:49.38] <Evie> I promise I didn't get my English degree at Kmart.  :-D
[06:49.44] <Laurna> lol
[06:49.46] <Eyikl> Good to have a range of panel topics.
[06:50.28] <Evie> The con is large enough to require 5 hotels, both for the number of guests and for the amount of programming
[06:50.55] <Evie> The hotels are within walking distance of each other, or there is also a con shuttle
[06:51.15] <The_Bee> That size sounds intimidating.
[06:51.27] <Shiral> That sounds HUGE
[06:51.36] <Eyikl> So tens of thousands of people?
[06:51.36] <KK> My 2 panels are on writing dialog and also discussing the differences between different types of fantasy: high, epic, low, etc.
[06:51.55] <Evie> Well, it sounds that way but it's really not, since depending on your interests, you might find your preferred panels in just one or two hotels rather than all five
[06:52.30] <Evie> Most of KK's panels tend to happen in the Hyatt, with the occasional one being across the street at the Marriott instead
[06:52.32] <Shiral> Simple tip for writing dialog--have characters talk to each other. 2. Much more complicated tip. Have their conversation advance/serve the plot while sounding natural.
[06:52.34] <KK> Also one of the greatest people-watching venues in the world, for the costumes: mostly media-based, but others as well.
[06:52.45] <Evie> Yes, Eyikl, about 10K
[06:52.55] <Evie> give or take a few K
[06:54.02] <Evie> Yes re people watching.  After Labor Day weekend, just Google the keywords "DragonCon" and "costumes" or "cosplay" and see what turns up
[06:54.23] <KK> It's media-focused, but tends to be SF and fantasy media rather than, say, western or mystery.
[06:54.28] <Laurna> That would by why Duncan lost his head, too much people watching. ;)
[06:54.35] <Evie> LOL
[06:54.35] <The_Bee> KK. how would you classify the Deryni series? not low, but high or epic?
[06:54.47] <Evie> It could be both SF and western, if it's a Firefly costume. :-D
[06:54.50] <Jemler> i'm back.
[06:55.04] <The_Bee> rehi jemler
[06:55.31] <Evie> I tend to think of it as historical fantasy myself
[06:55.53] <Jemler> Evie dressed as Inara Serra.
[06:56.00] <Evie> Not based on our own history, obviously, but it's a world that is very rich with history
[06:56.17] <KK> Not high, because it doesn't have forsooth language like, say, LOTR or some of the earlier fantasy.  Historical fantasy, I'd guess.
[06:56.44] <Evie> I have more Zoe type gear in my costume closet
[06:57.19] <~DesertRose> Yeah, the textiles alone to do a decent Inara Serra cosplay would be...pricey.
[06:57.29] * Shiral (Shiral@OWIRCN-e6adf1cc.ca.comcast.net) Quit (Quit: ++http://www.kiwiirc.com/,,; - A hand crafted IRC client)
[06:57.36] <The_Bee> Low fantasy:  Conan the Barbarian or Red Sonya
[06:57.44] <Evie> I suddenly have a lap full of Gigi
[06:57.48] <~DesertRose> Because every freaking thing she wore looked very opulent, and if you try to fake opulence, it looks cheap and awful.
[06:57.52] <Eyikl> Hi Gigi
[06:58.02] <Evie> who is sitting on my right wrist, so excuse any typoes
[06:58.04] <The_Bee> meow, gigi
[06:58.06] <Jemler> Dolly Parton?
[06:58.08] <KK> Inara Serra?  I'm behind the times.
[06:58.13] <~DesertRose> Carys just had a few bites of kibble and is now cleaning her face while sitting on my desk to my right.
[06:58.24] <Laurna> Firefly
[06:58.28] <~DesertRose> Character from Firefly/Serenity played by Morena Baccarin.
[06:58.34] <Jemler> she was the Companion. played by morena baccarin.
[06:58.44] <Evie> From the tv show Firefly, available on DVD (all 13 or 14 episodes, but it has become a cult classic)
[06:58.57] <KK> Ah.  I have the DVD's of the entire series, but have never taken the time to sit down and watch.
[06:59.02] <Laurna> The only cons I every went to are Firefly cons.  I have all their autographs\
[06:59.09] <Evie> It's an amazing show well worth buying or borrowing from a library with a good A/V collection
[06:59.10] <~DesertRose> Serenity was the feature film the fans raised hell until it got made.  :)
[06:59.15] * Shiral (Shiral@OWIRCN-e6adf1cc.ca.comcast.net) has joined channel #deryni_destinations
[06:59.19] <~DesertRose> Rehi Shiral
[06:59.24] <Shiral> Silly darn machine
[06:59.24] <The_Bee> I'm taping Firefly the movie.
[06:59.33] <~DesertRose> As well as the name of the spaceship on which the cast all live.
[06:59.44] <Jemler> i loved how river freaked out when she saw books hair! :)
[07:00.01] <~DesertRose> Firefly was the class/make of the ship.
[07:00.18] <Evie> If you watch the pilot and aren't hooked yet, watch one or two more episodes. I've known several people who thought the pilot was just OK, but got hooked on the series by the next couple of episodes
[07:00.21] <Laurna> we used to have yearly serenity screenings where the proceeds went to charity.  I went every year for a dozen years or so.
[07:00.36] <Shiral> Oh, you're talking FIrefly. I thought I'd missed a WHOLE futuristic Deryni Trilogy when they learn space travel
[07:00.43] <Evie> LOL~
[07:00.50] <Laurna> lol
[07:00.50] <Jemler> jayne. the man they call Jayne.
[07:00.53] <~DesertRose> I went about the whole thing backwards.
[07:00.54] <Shiral> Wouldn
[07:01.18] <Shiral> Wouldn't it be cool to have a Holodeck for Deryni adventures, though? =o)
[07:01.19] <~DesertRose> I saw the Serenity movie during its theatrical run because I went with a bunch of friends, and then had to back up and watch the show.
[07:01.24] <KK> Jayne is the dude with the strange hat, yes?
[07:01.24] <Evie> Hm.  I'm sure 21st Century Gwynedd would have put a few people on the Moon by now
[07:01.30] <~DesertRose> Yup, KK.
[07:01.31] <Jemler> yes.
[07:01.48] <~DesertRose> I seem to have something of a habit of that, going about media consumption backwards.  :P
[07:01.49] <Jemler> sheldon wears it on the big bang theory.
[07:02.00] <Evie> Yes, and you find out in the series how he gets that hat
[07:02.15] <Jemler> i haven
[07:02.34] <The_Bee> anyone planning to watch Young Sheldon this fall?
[07:02.36] <Jemler> i haven't seen that episode. i had cable disconnected.
[07:03.26] <Evie> DR, Gigi has turned into Carys, and she insists it's Pet Me O'Clock
[07:03.32] <~DesertRose> LOL
[07:04.32] <Shiral> Pet Me O'Clock is a regular occurence for me, too
[07:05.17] <Evie> It's so rare for Gigi to insist on pets that I didn't have the heart to make her get down.  But she's off again now.
[07:05.21] <KK> Young Sheldon will be either great or really awful.
[07:06.01] <~bynw> some are predicting the latter
[07:06.13] <Eyikl> It could be both.
[07:06.22] <~DesertRose> I don't really have a dog in the fight, but I'm guessing the latter.
[07:06.27] <Jemler> laurie metcalf plays sheldons mom on tbbt. her daughter plays the mom on young sheldon.
[07:06.32] <Evie> Awfully great? Greatly awful?
[07:06.53] <~DesertRose> Jokes that mostly work with an adult character as the subject can come off as mean/bullying if attempted with a child character.
[07:07.17] <Eyikl> Or great then awful, or awful then great.
[07:07.25] <~DesertRose> And honestly, I think a lot of the jokes based on Sheldon's behavior on BBT fall flat anyway.  They mostly just aren't funny to me, anyway.
[07:08.55] <Evie> I finally have both hands and arms completely free. Where is a camera to record this moment? LOL!
[07:08.57] <~DesertRose> But I'm also not a fan of "edgy" humor that punches down, either.
[07:11.01] <~DesertRose> Did I kill chat?
[07:11.27] <Evie> I got distracted for a moment. Back now.
[07:11.31] <~DesertRose> :)
[07:11.33] <Laurna> There are still some Serenity Showings happening this year.  See listings at ++http://www.cantstoptheserenity.com/find-an-event/,,;   if you want to see Serenity on the big screen with a bunch of geeky fans all wearing Jayne hats.
[07:12.36] <KK> No, I'll sample it at my own pace, in my own TV room.
[07:12.37] <The_Bee> So the movie came after the tv series?
[07:12.56] <~DesertRose> Yes
[07:12.58] <Laurna> lol  KK. I don't blame you
[07:13.43] <Eyikl> Yeah. The movie was the result when the tv show got cancelled unexpectedly, with unfinished plotlines.
[07:13.50] <The_Bee> ty, dr
[07:14.11] <The_Bee> and ty eyiki
[07:14.23] <Evie> Yes, you definitely want to watch the entire Firefly TV show before watching the movie Serenity, since it mainly exists to tie up loose ends from the series
[07:14.29] <Evie> and create a few more. :-D
[07:14.59] <The_Bee> I'll look for episodes.  I've seen some
[07:15.24] <Eyikl> ? I'm not
[07:15.30] <Jemler> you can get them from netflix.
[07:15.47] <Eyikl> sure what ty means
[07:15.58] <~DesertRose> Thank you
[07:15.59] <The_Bee> good.  I have netflix
[07:16.14] <Evie> It means thanik you
[07:16.34] <Eyikl> Oh right. You're welcome.

[07:19.45] <Eyikl> Hi again. Apparently I can't go to other tabs for too long without being logged out.
[07:20.01] <Jemler> Remulak, Ork, and Melmak.
[07:20.02] <Evie> :-(
[07:20.34] <Evie> That's a frown on Eyikl's behalf, not frowning at the "French."  ;-)
[07:20.37] <Jemler> three planets. what characters?
[07:21.08] <Evie> The second would be Mork
[07:21.21] <The_Bee> Mork from Ork, Alf from Melmak
[07:21.25] <Evie> RIP Robin Williams
[07:21.56] <Jemler> and the first?
[07:22.34] <The_Bee> sounds like star trek or a star trek parody
[07:22.58] <Jemler> Coneheads!
[07:23.04] <Evie> no clue
[07:23.09] <Evie> ah
[07:23.30] <Laurna> That will work

[07:26.38] <~DesertRose> LOL
[07:26.41] <Evie> :-D
[07:26.46] <KK> Ah, gotta run.  Need to get a bite of supper before Game of Thrones season finale.
[07:27.00] <Laurna> Same here

[07:27.31] <Evie> Should we do early chat the second weekend, since you won't make the first?
[07:27.33] * KK steps onto her Portal, waves good night, and disappears in a shower of green sparkles.
