Aug 14 19:20:27 <DesertRose>   My stepdad has Crohn's disease so he goes through colonoscopy about every three months, and most of the time, his doc lets him dissolve flavorless powder in Gatorade so long as he uses a flavor of Gatorade that doesn't have certain artificial colors.
Aug 14 19:20:31 <KK>   His ashes are now resting next to my stepmother's ashes, and both will be scattered in Biscayne Bay hopefully the next time I'm down.  The neighbors across the street have a boat and are ash-sitting for them.

Aug 14 19:21:17 <DesertRose>   When I had to have mine a year or so ago, though, I had to drink this horrid stuff that tasted like very badly made salty lemonade and it was purely AWFUL.

Aug 14 19:22:21 <Evie>   I wish the second time around I had the same sort of prep as the first.  It was only a pint of ginger flavored stuff that I poured half into a standard cup of ginger ale, waited a specified amount of time, then finished the rest the same way
