Interesting concept, Elkhound.....very interesting, indeed. I ran out of gas with epistolary ideas, or maybe just out of time, but I've thought about stories like this one.  What about major events in Gwynedd from the servant's eye view? "I know we just decorated the Great Hall for the King's wedding feast, but evidently our new queen was murdered at the altar by her brother, so all those decorations need to come down, again immediately. Get busy, all of you!"
