Heretic in Hard cover

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if Camber the Heretic was published in a non-book club hardcover?

I have a friend trying to hunt down a first edition of this book and all she is finding is the book club edition.

Not to my knowledge.  The only hard bound is the book club.  Book originally came out as paperback.
