[19:06] <kirienne> I have been busy cleaning an dre-arranging 2 closets and sewing room, trying to find a home in closets for most of my camping gear. I hated the sewing room of my apartment looking more like a garage than a room

[19:06] <@KK> I hear ya.  Scott has spent most of the day up in the attic, moving boxes from the book room into the attic proper, which is now finished but for the carpet.

[19:09] <@KK> That's why I had a Honda wagon, back in the days when I camped.

[19:24] <kirienne> so far it seems to be a very nice site, very easy to get around in
[19:24] <The_Bee> I'm computer semi-literate.  I can do certin tasks, but I can't undrstand the explanations in "Help>"

[19:26] <kirienne> there are computer guides for dummies and idiots, i think I have both of there here someplace
[19:26] <@KK> We had about 6 inches early in January, that stuck around for a week to 10 days, but nothing for a coupld of weeks now.

[19:26] <The_Bee> we had plenty in December, not as much this year.
[19:26] <Elf> We have had a foot here over the last 5 days but it keeps melting
[19:27] <kirienne> I have a friend who went to Virginia with her husband for a few days for a work seminar, she'd never seen smow and got to see a bit fall, she said it wasn't a lot though. i have no idea which part they were in
[19:30] <Elf> ANy spring buds yet KK or anyone else?
[19:30] <%DesertRose> We've got a few buds on the big tree outside, but I'm in Florida, so...
[19:30] <kirienne> some here, I see servral plants, bushes and trees starting to bloom as i drive thru the neighborhood on my way home from work.

[19:31] <kirienne> I want to get some plants for my little patio, but the people at the nursery said to wait, it's still too cold for most of them
[19:31] <Elf> I predicted last snow for my area next week
[19:31] <@KK> Nothing blooming here yet.  We'll probably get some more ice & snow; predicted for next week.
[19:32] <kirienne> I wish I could grow several bulb plants, but the squirrles dig them up and steal them

[19:33] <The_Bee> Have you tried daffodils? I've read they're poisonous, so animals won't eat them.
[19:34] <kirienne> yep, they dud them up Bee. I love those curly edged tulips, but so far anything that is a bulb has been dug up, eaten, or stolen by critters. i live near a river
[19:34] <The_Bee> I ate squirrel once.  My brother shot one.
